Standard Shipping is defined as either U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS SmartPost or UPS ground depending on weight and package size to the United States including: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes and APO Orders unless otherwise specified.
Our primary provider of shipping service for Next Day and Second Day shipping options is UPS. Next Day and Second Day orders received after 2 PM Central Time may not be processed until the following day. Our shipping notification email will inform you of how your package was shipped.

There is no second day or Next day delivery to PO boxes or APO addresses

In rare instances, there may be additional shipping charges for orders containing heavy merchandise that is very expensive to ship (i.e. gallon bottles of shampoo, etc.). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, In the US call: (800)643-4221 outside of the US call (262)889-8581 within 30 days of receipt to get an Authorization Number to return the product. We will refund the full purchase price of the product, however, we cannot refund the cost of shipping it back to us.
